📋 Description

• Remote AR role handling customer accounts, cash receipts, and collections.
• Balance daily cash receipts against invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Support AP 25% while focusing 75% on AR responsibilities.
• Communicate billing questions and collection issues with customers.
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve processes and reporting.
• Maintain compliant, accurate financial records and timely processing.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years AR experience in billing, collections, cash application.
• Strong MS Excel skills with formulas and PivotTables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Customer-service orientation and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
• Remote work readiness and independent work style.
