📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle for U.S.-based clients
• Oversee account reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
• Balance accuracy with startup needs and compliance
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor interactions
• Integrate third-party apps with QuickBooks Online
• Use tools like QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Sheets, Docs, Zoom

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years accounting experience; CPA preferred
• Strong U.S. GAAP and startup accounting knowledge
• Experience with external stakeholders in public accounting or client-facing roles
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
• Experience integrating apps with QuickBooks; familiarity with Rippling, Brex, Bill.com, ClickUp
• Fluent English; strong communication in digital/async environments
