In-depth involvement across all accounting areas with ownership of payroll, A/P, and month-end
Manage General Ledger and prepare/post journal entries, ensuring GAAP compliance
Complete all month-end close activities, including reconciliations for accruals, prepaids
Participate in preparing schedules and supporting documents during audits (financial statements
Run the bi-weekly payroll process for the company
Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate and scale processes, analyses, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Active CPA designation preferred
5+ years of accounting experience with strong GL and month-end close
2+ years of public accounting experience preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
Experience reviewing lease agreements and ASC 842 knowledge
