Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle: general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash across a distributed network of kiosks; investigate discrepancies.
• Support digital asset accounting: crypto transactions, wallet activities, OTC/trading.
• Maintain accuracy in high-transaction-volume environment; ensure compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, vendor relations.
• Collaborate with compliance; support regulatory reporting for licensed money services.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years accounting experience with US-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location setups.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Experience making decisions in fast-growth environments; accuracy is key.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; comfortable with Google Workspace in remote work.
