📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle across multiple locations and channels.
• Reconcile cash and transactions for a distributed network of kiosks; investigate discrepancies.
• Support digital asset accounting (cryptocurrency, digital wallets) and related reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in a high-transaction-volume environment.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and cash management teams; communicate findings to

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location environments.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software; comfortable with Google
• Fluent English; remote-working capable with strong communication skills.
