Account for clinical trials and R&D activities under GAAP, ASC 730, and SOX
Manage accruals, prepaid expenses, and month-end close processes
Coordinate with Clinical Ops, FP&A, Procurement, CROs, and sites for data and invoicing
Support financial reporting and maintain accounting documentation
Participate in process improvements and technical accounting reviews
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and control compliance

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years accounting or audit experience
Public accounting background; Big 4 preferred for SOX/technical scope
Biotech/Life sciences or pharma exp preferred
Experience with R&D or clinical trial accounting desired
Strong Excel; GAAP knowledge; ASC 730 R&D accounting
Good communication and project management skills
