📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle including general ledger activities, reconciliations, month-end close
• Reconcile cash and transactions across a distributed network of kiosks; investigate discrepancies
• Support digital asset accounting across kiosk sales, OTC trading, online purchases, and wallets.
• Apply sound financial judgment in high-volume environment with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Support financial and regulatory reporting for licensed money services business; collaborate with

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location, or complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial
• Experience making informed financial decisions in fast-growing environments with accuracy.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, regulated financial services, or money services
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable cloud-based software.
