📋 Description

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping for US-based clients using AI tools
• Be a trusted contact for accountants and clients with clear, service-oriented communication
• Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up work and improve quality
• Help test and refine AI tools and identify efficiency gains
• Document learnings and workflows for scalable adoption by others
• Collaborate with US leadership to shape AI-powered bookkeeping strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping for small businesses
• Solid command of reconciliation, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with Xero and willingness to adopt new tools quickly
• Understanding of US bookkeeping practices
• Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow is a plus
