🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years accounting experience
US GAAP knowledge for employee costs
Payroll/compensation accounting ownership
Experience with ADP/UKG/Workday and ERP reconciliation
Strong Excel/Google Sheets; detail-oriented
Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA a plus
