📋 Description

• Improve the accounting system, standards, and procedures aligned with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Optimize workflow for timely, standardized daily accounting.
• Supervise documents and vouchers for completeness and traceability.
• Coordinate with IT to automate accounting and ensure system stability.
• Oversee daily accounting with digital asset transactions and fund settlements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial accounting; 3+ years leading teams; fintech/digital currencies preferred.
• Proficient in IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP and full-set accounting.
• Familiar with global tax policies, digital asset taxes, and planning.
• Proficient with SAP, Oracle, Kingdee and Excel; strong data analysis.
• Understand digital currency trading and payment business accounting.
• Leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication.
