Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Full-cycle accounting across a high-volume, multi-location operation.
• Reconcile cash and transactions for a network of kiosks with ops teams.
• Account for digital asset transactions and related reporting.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls.
• Collaborate with compliance and treasury/operations as needed.
• Support AI-enabled accounting tools and automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years accounting experience for U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-transaction/high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Drive) in a remote setting.
• English fluency with clear communication to non-finance teams.
