Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash across distributed digital kiosk network with operations teams.
• Support digital asset transactions accounting across kiosks, OTC, online, wallets.
• Maintain accuracy in high-transaction-volume environment with compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, vendor relations.
• Support regulatory reporting for licensed money services business.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location ops.
• Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Experience making informed financial decisions in fast-growing environments.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, regulated financial services, or money services a
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
