Senior Accountant, Brokerage and Derivatives

📋 Description

• Own monthly close for FCM and Broker-Dealer entities
• Prepare regulatory reporting for CFTC, NFA, and others
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Improve internal controls over accounting and compliance
• Partner with Product/Engineering on new launches for regulatory readiness
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in public or industry accounting
• Active CPA and bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• Regulatory reporting experience (FINRA, SEC, CFTC, NFA)
• Ability to translate complex activity into processes; strong communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities around audits and deadlines
• Availability to work Eastern Time hours
