Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full accounting cycle, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
• Reconcile cash across a large network of digital kiosks with ops teams to fix discrepancies.
• Support digital asset accounting (transactions, crypto, wallets) and regulatory reporting.
• Use sound financial judgment in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
• Oversee payables/receivables, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with compliance and tech teams to optimize tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Proven full-cycle accounting in high-volume or complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting and financial tools; Crypto/fintech exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; comfortable with Google Workspace and remote collaboration
• English fluency with clear ability to explain finance concepts to non-finance staff.
