Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
• Reconcile cash and transactions across digital kiosks, resolve discrepancies
• Support digital asset transactions accounting across kiosk sales, OTC trading, wallets
• Oversee AP/AR, expense management, vendor relationships
• Assist with regulatory reporting for licensed money services business
• Improve and optimize accounting tools as business scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location environments
• Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
• Ability to make informed financial decisions in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software
