Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets Accounting

📋 Description

• Handle Fixed Asset Accounting with US GAAP (ASC 360) compliance.
• Prepare and post journals for lease-related activity and fixed assets.
• Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset Register with capitalization, depreciation, disposals.
• Assist in financial statements, footnotes, and regulatory reporting for fixed assets.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and internal controls testing.
• Drive process improvements and automation in fixed asset accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years accounting/finance experience; CA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience with SAP; strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work cross time zones, and detail-oriented self-starter.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in controls testing and audit support; SOX knowledge a plus.
• Ability to integrate AI/tools to improve workflows is a plus.
