Senior Accountant, International Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage accounting transactions and general ledger reconciliations, incl bank reconciliations.
• Record, reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare annual financial statements per Ind AS requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and queries.
• Improve accounting and closing processes, incl ERP workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–4 years in Record-to-Report, General Ledger, or operational accounting (multinational preferred).
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Experience with TDS/withholding tax, GST, Companies Act, and Indian regulatory requirements.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle or SAP; advanced Excel and analytics skills.
