🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CPA eligible.
4+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) or high-growth ops; public company a plus.
Proficiency with GLs/subledgers, reconciliation tools (e.g., FloQast), and Excel/Sheets.
US GAAP knowledge and strong internal controls.
Clear communicator with ownership mindset and deadline-driven.
