📋 Description

• Scale accounting function; own areas of balance sheet and P&L beyond close.
• Own close for assigned areas: journals, reconciliations, flux analysis; ensure GL-to-subledger
• Manage key GL cycles: AR/revenue, accruals, fixed assets, deferred revenue, equity with
• Drive cutoffs and analytics: coordinate with AP/AR/Payroll/Procurement/FP&A on accruals and
• Uplift controls and audit readiness: identify risks and drive solutions with minimal direction.
• Improve processes and tools: standardize templates, automate reconciliations, streamline close

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA eligible.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) and/or high-growth
• Proficiency with GLs/subledgers and reconciliation tools (e.g., FloQast) and strong Excel/Sheets
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Clear communicator with ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines; strong attention to detail.
