Prepare and maintain external financial statements, regulatory filings, and lender/operational
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across teams
Analyze key metrics with FP&A and translate results into leadership-ready narratives
Support audits and Medicare/Medicaid/regulatory projects; develop healthcare finance expertise
Build scalable reporting infrastructure with automation and repeatable processes

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in general/public accounting; Big 4 preferred
Regulatory reporting experience preferred
Strong technical accounting knowledge across multiple areas
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
Healthcare industry experience (Medicare/Medicaid) strongly preferred
