Senior Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process end to end, including GL, journal entries
• Lead technical accounting research and documentation on revenue recognition, business combinations
• Lead financial reporting, support external audits, and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage intercompany accounting and consolidated statements across entities.
• Evaluate, implement, and improve accounting systems, ERP tools, automation, and processes.
• Partner with Legal, Product, B2B, and cross-functional teams on new products, launches

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA license is required.
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth private and public-company
• 3+ years Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP; able to research complex issues and communicate to non-accounting
• Proven experience leading close processes in high-transaction-volume environments with deadlines.
