Senior Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure billing accuracy across invoice-to-cash processes.
• Prepare, review, post manual billings, credits, and adjustments in Dynamics 365.
• Validate invoices prior to distribution; support month-end close.
• Set up billing for new customers; configure terms, pricing, and cycles.
• Investigate and resolve customer/partner billing inquiries; analyze recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Collections, Cash Application, Sales, Revenue Ops, and CS to resolve discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related finance in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience posting credit notes and billing adjustments.
• Strong ability to resolve billing inquiries with customers.
• Proficient in analyzing billing data to identify trends.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Knowledge of invoice-to-cash processes and revenue recognition.
