📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations, covering quote generation, invoicing, reconciliation
• Review invoices and billing information against order forms, investigate discrepancies, and
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status
• Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL query
• Manage and optimize financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, including system

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies, with a strong focus on Accounts
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe, with the ability to review SQL query
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills, including the confidence to challenge
• Experience implementing process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects within
