Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations, covering quote generation, invoicing, reconciliation
• Review invoices and billing information against order forms, investigate discrepancies, and
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status
• Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL query
• Manage and optimize financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, including system
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes, strengthen operational controls, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years accounting experience in U.S.-based companies (AR & revenue ops)
• Experience managing the complete revenue cycle from quote to cash
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; capable of challenging discrepancies
• Experience implementing process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects
• Familiarity with startup accounting environments and adaptability
