📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking, and
• Review invoices against order forms; investigate discrepancies with sales and customers.
• Respond to inquiries about invoices, billing issues, and payment status; own the collections
• Support revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting and reviewing SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Manage/optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; lead upgrades, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and improve quote-to-cash controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies; focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue
• Experience managing revenue cycle end-to-end (quote to cash).
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; ability to challenge discrepancies with customers/sales.
• Experience implementing process improvements, system upgrades, and automation in accounting/revenue
• Familiarity with startup accounting; adaptable to changing priorities.
