3–5 years in ad ops or digital advertising on publisher side
Experience with GAM/Google Ad Manager trafficking and troubleshooting
Experience with PMP, PG, and Preferred Deals
Strong Excel/Google Sheets analytics; data storytelling
Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, programmatic platforms (Assertive Yield, FreeStar a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast newsroom-adjacent environment
