📋 Description

• Support onboarding of investors with internal teams for a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate investor records and shareholder data in internal systems.
• Process investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) with high accuracy.
• Coordinate investor reporting, distributions and communications.
• Collaborate with Accounting to support capital calls and distributions.
• Monitor FATCA/CRS documentation and investor information for regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; ACAMS, ICSA or ACCA qualification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, investors and colleagues.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, able to work independently yet collaboratively.
• Positive, adaptable and eager to learn, with willingness to support junior team members.
• Strong judgement, integrity and commitment to high-quality service while meeting regulatory
