🎯 Requirements

6+ years in customer support, user operations, ads operations, or related fields.
Strong investigative judgment; translate ambiguity into actionable guidance.
Ability to synthesize data trends into priorities for system improvements.
Experience with AI/automation tools and basic coding (e.g., Python).
Clear, empathetic communication with advertisers and cross-functional teams.
