Plan and execute wind tunnel, propulsion, and aeroacoustic tests at onsite/external facilities
Build and maintain data acquisition systems and automated test scripts
Design, build, and maintain custom test fixtures with CAD and rapid prototyping
Select, install, and calibrate sensors (force/torque, thermocouples, optical, air data)
Process raw test data to characterize thrust, power, efficiency, acoustics, and thermal performance
Produce data products and test reports for design reviews and simulation

🎯 Requirements

8+ years wind tunnel and propulsion testing for electric or hybrid UAS/eVTOL/DE propulsion
Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering or related field
Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, or equivalent
Strong experience with National Instruments DAQ hardware and sensors
Proficiency with LabVIEW and TCP/IP, CAN bus
Experience partnering with a multidisciplinary engineering team
