📋 Description

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates
• Own onboarding for new affiliates into the program
• Monitor performance: traffic, conversions, ROI
• Analyze results to find gaps and scaling opportunities
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new partners
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversion and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing/management
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and networks
• Advanced analytics and data-driven decisions
• Digital marketing skills: SEO, media buying, paid social
• Hands-on with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with large datasets
