📋 Description

• The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling affiliate partnerships
• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and
• Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline, from initial outreach and negotiations through
• Drive affiliate channel growth by testing new traffic sources, scaling successful partnerships, and
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, development, and
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth campaign

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales roles within
• Experience working with mainstream dating products, advertisers, affiliate networks, or similar
• Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
• Demonstrated success in attracting, launching, and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building partnership pipelines from scratch or significantly expanding existing
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals
