Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales in performance industries
Experience with dating products or similar verticals is valued
Existing network of affiliate partners and industry contacts
Proven success launching and scaling partnerships
Experience building pipelines from scratch or expanding channels
Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts
