📋 Description

  • Lead affiliate partnerships in dating, optimizing performance
  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and networks
  • Grow affiliate channel via new sources and campaigns
  • Coordinate with product, tech, sales, and account teams
  • Analyze market trends, offers, and campaign performance
  • Monitor metrics: CPA, LTV, ROI, payouts, traffic quality

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven affiliate marketing, partnerships, or biz dev exp
  • Experience with dating products or performance verticals
  • Strong network of affiliate partners and traffic sources
  • Track record of launching and scaling partnerships
  • Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals
  • Technical know-how: tracking links, pixels, S2S postbacks
