📋 Description

• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and
• Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline from outreach to campaign launch and long-term
• Drive channel growth by testing traffic sources, scaling partnerships, and improving profitability.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle including onboarding, communication, development, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales in digital
• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, affiliate networks, or similar verticals
• Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
• Track record of launching and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch or expanding channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and hybrid deals; knowledge of payouts, caps, and
