📋 Description

• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and
• Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline from outreach to launch and long-term collaboration.
• Drive affiliate channel growth by testing new traffic sources and increasing sales, profitability
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, development, and
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and account management to ensure smooth campaign
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic sources, and performance to identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales within digital performance
• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, affiliate networks, or similar verticals.
• Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
• Demonstrated success in attracting, launching, and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building partnership pipelines from scratch or expanding channels.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrids) and tracking
