📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth initiatives in a digital, performance-driven environment.
• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners and networks.
• Build and manage a pipeline from outreach to campaign launch.
• Drive revenue growth by testing sources and scaling partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and account teams for campaign success.
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic, and performance to spot opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales in digital performance industries.
• Experience with dating products or similar verticals is valued.
• Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, and traffic sources.
• Track record of launching and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch or expanding channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare and hybrid deals.
