📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth initiatives in a fast-moving digital environment focused on dating vertical.
• Manage strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and scale performance-driven
• Oversee partner lifecycle: onboarding, communication, development, and cross-functional
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and account management to launch campaigns and
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic sources, and partner economics to identify growth
• Track metrics (conversion rates, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, traffic quality) and troubleshoot tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales in digital
• Experience with mainstream dating products, affiliate networks, or similar verticals is valued.
• Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, traffic sources, or industry contacts.
• Track record of attracting, launching, and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Ability to build pipelines from scratch or expand existing affiliate channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, and traffic quality.
