📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth initiatives in dating vertical
• Identify, negotiate, onboard new partners and networks
• Manage full partner lifecycle and campaigns
• Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and account teams
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics
• Track KPIs: conversion rate, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or BD
• Background with dating products/affiliates is valued
• Strong network of affiliates and traffic sources
• Proven success launching and scaling partnerships
• Experience building pipelines from scratch
• Know affiliate models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrids
