📋 Description

Lead affiliate growth in dating vertical
Manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to campaigns
Negotiate with affiliates, networks, and advertisers
Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams

Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

Experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships
Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare models
