📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth through partnerships and performance-driven campaigns in dating verticals.
• Identify, approach, negotiate with and onboard affiliate partners, advertisers, networks and
• Build and manage a pipeline from outreach to launch and long-term collaboration.
• Drive growth by testing traffic sources, scaling partnerships, and increasing profitability.
• Coordinate with product, tech, sales, and account teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic sources, and performance to identify opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in digital performance
• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, affiliate networks, or similar verticals
• Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, and traffic sources.
• Proven success in launching and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch or expanding channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, and partner economics.
