📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth initiatives in performance-driven digital markets
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners and networks
• Build and manage a partner pipeline from outreach to long-term collaborations
• Collaborate with product/tech/sales to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Analyze market trends, offers, and performance to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor metrics like CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROI, and traffic quality
