Senior Affiliate Manager (Dating, Web)

📋 Description

• Develop and scale affiliate partnerships in the dating vertical
• Manage full partner lifecycle from onboarding to collaboration
• Drive channel growth via new traffic sources and successful partnerships
• Coordinate with product, tech, sales, and account management for campaigns
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic sources, and performance
• Monitor metrics: conversion rates, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, traffic quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in digital performance
• Experience with mainstream dating products/advertisers or similar verticals
• Strong network of affiliate partners, advertisers, or traffic sources
• Proven success launching and scaling partnerships
• Ability to build pipelines from scratch and expand channels
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, payouts, traffic quality, attribution
