📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth, partnerships & performance optimization.
• Identify, onboard, negotiate with affiliates, advertisers, networks.
• Build and manage a pipeline; launch campaigns; scale collaborations.
• Collaborate with product/tech/sales for campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, offers, traffic, and ROI to find growth.
• Monitor tracking, attribution, and payout quality; troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or business development.
• Background with dating products or performance networks is valued.
• Strong network of affiliate partners and ability to scale channels.
• Proven success launching and managing partnerships and pipelines.
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrids, payouts, and traffic quality.
• Analytical, data-driven with familiarity in affiliate tracking systems.
