📋 Description

• Lead affiliate growth across international markets in the dating vertical.
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, networks, and advertisers.
• Build and manage a strong partner pipeline for campaigns from launch to scale.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and sales to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, offers, and partner economics to find growth opportunities.
• Monitor metrics (conversions, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, traffic quality) and optimize.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience with dating products or performance-based verticals is valued.
• Strong network of affiliates, advertisers, traffic sources.
• Proven success in launching and scaling partnerships.
• Ability to build pipelines from scratch and expand channels.
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and hybrid deals.
