• 5+ years in affiliate marketing/management
• Strong knowledge of platforms, networks, tracking, partner mgmt
• Analytical, data-driven decision making
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, large datasets
• Fluent professional English
