Senior Agentic Platform Engineer II

📋 Description

• Build and evolve an internal Agentic Platform with reusable capabilities and defaults
• Design, develop, and operate MCP servers, including auth, schema, versioning, and registries
• Create platform infra for remote AI agents: deployment, scheduling, observability, and lifecycle
• Establish security/governance guardrails for autonomous agents
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation approaches: ingestion, embeddings, vector stores
• Own evaluation/observability practices for AI systems with datasets and instrumentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years on production LLM systems; 2+ years in senior/lead role
• Strong Python; reading/modifying large Java/Kotlin codebases; Scala a plus
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js for AI/platform development
• Hands-on experience with MCP servers, authentication, and secure integrations
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and RAG/vector stores (pgvector)
