Senior Agile Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery across cross-functional teams, aligning with business objectives, timelines
• Facilitate sprint and delivery planning across Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Fulfillment, and
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to close gaps, manage risks, and
• Coordinate across teams to identify risks, escalate issues, and make delivery trade-offs.
• Ensure adherence to PM, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, change management, and governance standards to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience; 3+ years in product management, IT operations, or Agile delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, IT, Operations) and with
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, change governance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or PMP and SAFe Scrum Master are
