Senior Agile Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead software delivery, support or maintenance projects as required under an Engagement Manager.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, monitor, and report progress against plan and budgets.
• Ensure resources are utilized effectively and information is kept up-to-date.
• Define project scope and provide clear direction to staff and client members.
• Plan work within an Agile framework using appropriate planning tools and produce compliant plans.
• Educate team and client on Agile disciplines and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years IT industry experience, with 7 years in Project Management/Scrum Master roles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum; project experience applying this knowledge.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience mentoring team members with limited Agile experience.
• Ability to introduce Agile in new environments and enforce Scrum principles.
• Technical understanding to provide support to the consulting team.
