• Design multi-step reasoning pipelines and integrate with business systems

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English B2 Advanced or C1
• 5+ years of software engineering in production (TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python)
• Hands-on LLM experience (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned OSS models)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation: embedding pipelines and semantic search (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Agent orchestration: LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI
• ML-/DevOps literacy: containers, CI/CD, GPU/AI infra, caching, automated evals
