Senior AI Agent Engineer | Moveworks

📋 Description

• Own technical relationships across 5–8 enterprise customers in the Moveworks lifecycle.
• Design and deliver high-impact AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform.
• Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta
• Provide strategic advisory; help customers develop AI roadmaps and upskill teams.
• Synthesize customer feedback with product teams to influence platform evolution.
• Generalize solutions into reusable templates for broader adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or problem solving.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, CSE, SA, etc.).
• Proven adoption of technical solutions with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
• Experience designing/building full-stack workflows using REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, Azure
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
